Our Thanksgiving Pilgrim was created for clients looking to thank companies for a special year. This gift comes before the holiday rush and has a large visual impact! (We would appreciate two weeks advanced notice for a Thanksgiving costumed delivery to be scheduled. Without a two week notice rush fees will apply. Please note that we are closed on Thanksgiving Day.)

  • For all orders received prior to 11:00AM EST, every effort will be made to ship out the same day. If you have not selected FedEx 2-day, your gift will be shipped out ground UPS the next business day. We ship ground UPS and offer the best possible pricing on shipping.
• Recipient Address Problems
  • Please be clear and specific when giving us your order, making certain that addresses given are complete and correct – that includes apartment, condo or suite number if applicable. If there is a mistake or omission in shipping information provided, there may be an additional fee from UPS that will be charged to the customer.

At The Basket Case we offer custom imprinting in house to a number of items. Add the recipient’s name or personal message to a gift. We also create or order your own roll of personalized ribbon. We also offer napkin imprinting which is great for private parties and catered events!

  • Gifts and gift baskets delivered in Orange County, Florida will be charged 6.5% sales tax if primarily non-food items.
• Return / Replacements
  • Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If there is a problem, please notify us immediately upon receipt of merchandise, retaining all products and shipping materials. Shipping fees and delivery costs are non-refundable. We reserve the right to request that an unsatisfactory item be returned to us prior to replacement. If a gift basket is returned because the recipient failed to pick it up from UPS, FedEx or P.O. Box, there is a 25% restocking fee. If an order is cancelled once the gift basket(s) is made, there is a 25% restocking fee.
